Short drive (5–10 min) to Mammoth Spring State Park, river launches, grocery and eateries; rural—best by car. Built for two adults and a dog.

Quiet, wooded Ozarks cabin neighborhood with short drives to Mammoth Spring State Park (spring, lake, Frisco depot museum), river launch points, and local eateries/grocery in Mammoth Spring. The vibe is rural/outdoor-focused — good for fishing, kayaking, scenic drives and history (train depot museum). Nearby attractions within 30–45 minutes include float trips on the Spring River, Grand Gulf (MO), Golf at Cherokee Village and regional state parks.

* A private 2 person hot tub * A large wooden deck and a fire pit for evenings outside * North facing “Window” wall in the living area looking over the deck and woods * A luxury “Wet” bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. * Fiber WiFi and a real desk, so you can stay midweek and still get work done. Or turn off your phone and forget it's there. * Dogs welcome, the same as at our Hideaway Cabin * Original Ozark oil paintings by the owner, as in all of our cabins
Other Details to Note
· The last stretch is a gravel road. It's well maintained, and any normal car handles it fine. · Trash goes to the front entry. The garbage service won't drive down our private road, so bins are at the front of the property. · No cable TV. The smart TV streams over fiber WiFi, so bring your logins. · One bathroom. It's great for couples and small families. . · No smoking anywhere inside.

Best by car — the property is in a rural area with limited public transit. On-site or curbside parking is typical for cabins. Downtown Mammoth Spring and the state park are a short drive (5–10 minutes). Nearest larger towns for groceries and services: Thayer, Mo (8 min) Hardy, Ark (18 min)Mountain Home (≈35–45 minutes) and West Plains, MO (≈30–45 minutes). Limited or no local rideshare service; plan to bring a car.
